1. Initially, we’ll spend a few moments with you
on the phone. We’ll give you an idea of what to expect
and discuss any initial concerns you may have about the home. We’ll
schedule an appointment that is convenient for you.
2. Next, we’ll meet at the home and conduct a thorough
inspection. You are encouraged to attend the inspection
to gain a better understanding of the home and see any potential
issues firsthand. We’ll gladly answer your questions
and offer maintenance and repair tips.
